The production process of our tile adhesive production line is designed for efficiency and precision. If the sand's moisture content exceeds 5%, it is first dried using a triple-pass sand dryer to ensure optimal quality. The dried sand, along with other raw materials, is then transported via bucket elevators or screw conveyors to the weighing system. Each raw material and additive is accurately weighed in sequence before being fed into the mixer. After thorough blending of all components, the finished tile adhesive mortar is transferred to the packaging system, where it is packed into bags for sale.
